Extended Stay America - Montgomery - Eastern Blvd.

This place was great. The staff was kind and helpful. My boyfriend, myself and my dog stayed there two weeks before our apartment was ready. We stay in a lot of hotels because we are travel therapist. This one was one of the best. It got 4/5 stars because we did have an issue with gnats. The room was extra clean even the bathroom. The floors were not so clean. I cleaned mine myself on my hands and knees and it seem very dirty. And they carpet seems to need a deep cleaning. But everything else was perfect.

I have stayed here for a week and will continue one more week. Although some flaws in the two-bed suite, e.g., broken vent and desk. The one-bed room I live in is pretty good, except for some smoking smell. Also, they don't have a kettle or hair dryer here. I want to point out that the staff here are very supportive and friendly, and they'll try their best to fix everything well. I'd like to thank Jeremy (or the male staff working in the evening on 8/1), Regina, and the security Samuel. They help me solve lots of problems and let me feel at home.

Owner, and staff are really nice, helpful. Would stay at one again. It is on the pricey side. 2. To wash 2 to dry. One washer is out, and dry is not working Correctly. The rooms are cleaned once a week, but you have to tell the cleaning lady, what all you want cleaned. Overall, i like this place.

My dad recently stayed at the Extend Stay America hotel and enjoyed his stay. Jeremy was one of the main reasons why because my dad was a senior citizen, and he treated him with the utmost respect. He even ensured that my father had a room on the bottom floor and assisted with his luggage. I am thankful and my dad was a happy customer!

Stayed here for the night and what truly made my experience worth while was Jeremy and staff, they all deserves a raise ! His customer service was impeccable who worked at the front desk. He welcomed me with so much warmth and because I was traveling in a large truck he went above and beyond with the check in process to make sure we had adequate parking. He was super detailed, efficient and honestly a joy to talk to. Anytime I walked into the office he was welcoming to myself and anyone around. I hope Extended Stay recognizes and appreciates a true team player when they have one and award his spectacular customer service. Thank you for all your help! Overall pleasant experience for a super quick stay. While some things may be dated, it was exceptionally clean and that's what matters to me. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Thank you again Jermey who gave great pride in this establishment, and took the time to help with any and everything . He is the main reason I am writing this review. I had no issues with the room. I will stay here again!

Sorry a little late ... I stayed here last year. The staff were great.. The room service was excellent.. I had a recliner in my room that needed to be replaced due to minor seat issue which never got replaced as promised but it wasn't falling apart ..So it was a small issue..But overall I was very pleased with my experience at Extended Stay and if needed will return . I have recommended this inn to a friend.

(late review from 2019)Stayed at this location summer 2019 (hurricane evacuation). Very convenient to food, gas, and necessities. We had a very large suite, ground floor near entrance. Room was AWESOMELY SPACIOUS and very comfortable, and staff was kind and very accommodating. I plan to re-book soon. Hopefully the service and rooms are still A1 !! Thank you.

My husband and I stayed there recently and I must say the Customer Service, I received when I first enter the lobby was phenomenal! Jeremy was very courteous and efficient! He smiled as soon as we walked in and asked how may he assist us! The room were actually better than we imagined. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, the customer service is what really made my stay 10x better! I appreciate Jeremy a lot! He went above and beyond to assist us in a every way ! Thanks !
